Clock Tower (Kendall Park, NJ)
This clock tower is an interesting feature at a local mall. I used a tilt-shift lens on my Canon DSLR to keep the verticals from converging. (This is more typically done using a view camera).
Found Object (Blackwell’s Mills, NJ)
While out hiking with a friend, I saw this interesting object along the trail.

I planted Johnny Jump Ups in the flower box below the kitchen window.

Corn Shock (Fresh Ponds Road)
Corn shocks are mostly ornamental nowadays. After picking the corn, farmers used to bundle the corn into shocks. The stalks would eventually dry out and were then used to feed livestock.

This sunflower grew spontaneously …probably because I fed sunflower seeds to the birds. When the flower appeared, I decided to snap a picture.

I was captivated by the light falling across the facade of this lovely church in Freehold, NJ. Also, the border fence has been overgrown by the tree and is now completely enveloped.
