Testing out the comments. The gate is very interesting. I like the irregularity of the heights of the two sides.…

Manasquan Reservoir
The changing levels of the water at the Manasquan Reservoir create unusual areas of dead trees. When the water level is low, I enjoy looking at the stumps that litter the shoreline in places.

Pumpkins
I was quite fascinated by the perspective of these pumpkins at the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ. They are credited to John Ruppert.

The Scream
This is part of a sculpture by Seward Johnson. It is based on an iconic image painted by Edvard Munch. I enjoyed seeing this, as well as many other sculptures at Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ. Date: July 2, … Continue reading
Roebling Park
There’s a strange little park on the south side of Trenton, NJ. It’s part of a wetland adjacent to the Delaware River which, I suspect, may have been part of the Roebling estate in bygone days. As this picture shows, … Continue reading

Along the Millstone River
I thought the root system of this tree rather interesting. However, by itself, the image of the tree seemed to lack something. I asked my friend Richard to pose in front of it, which he did. Now, that seems more … Continue reading
